This scholarship is for high school seniors in Berks County, Pennsylvania, who are members of St. Andrew United Methodist Church in New Berlinville. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a strong scholastic record and demonstrate financial need, responsibility of citizenship, character and Christian attitude. They must also enroll in post-secondary school full-time.
