Sgt. James C. Kearney III Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundations of Southwest Iowa

This scholarship is for graduating seniors and recent graduates (within three years) of Nishna Valley High School in Hastings, or East Mills High School in Malvern, Iowa. Preference will be given to applicants who attend or attended East Mills High School. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a degree, full-time, at any accredited vocational/technical institution or college or university. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing a career in active duty service, National Guard service, law enforcement, fire department, or rescue services.
