Scott and Joan Rose Scholarship

This scholarship, in memory of Scott and Joan Rose, financially assists a senior in obtaining post-secondary education. Applicant must be a graduating student of any Pinellas County Public High School. Applicant must attend a Florida College or University. Applicant must plan to pursue a career in Education, have a 3.0 or higher GPA and have demonstrated school and community service.
