Scott Allen Houser Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation of Carroll County

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Westminster High School in Westminster, Maryland. To qualify, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, a strong work ethic, and have been enrolled at Westminster High School for their entire junior and senior years. Applicants should also demonstrate outstanding citizenship traits; involvement in sports, student service activities, extracurricular activities, and gainful employment during high school; and acceptance at an accredited four-year college/university. When all other factors are considered equal, consideration will be given to students who have demonstrated a financial need.
