This scholarship provides higher education scholarship assistance to needy and deserving students graduating from Roanoke City Public Schools. Applicants should be capable of satisfactorily completing college-level studies and demonstrate financial need and high moral values, a concern for others, and involvement in the school and community. Letters of Recommendation must be received from a teacher or coach and a guidance counselor.
