Salisbury/Rowan Founder'S Scholarship

PFLAG Salisbury/Rowan will award two scholarships each spring. The first scholarship is the Anne Stanback-Charlotte Kinlock Scholarship, awarded to a LGBTQ student. The recipient must be a student from Rowan County. Named for Anne Stanback, a Salisbury/Rowan County native and her partner of 24 years, Charlotte Kinlock. Anne is the Executive Director of Love Makes A Family in Hartford, CT and lobbies diligently for marriage equality. The second scholarship is the PFLAG Salisbury/Rowan Founder's Scholarship, named in honor of the founder of the chapter, Michael Clawson. This scholarship will be awarded to a straight ally student from Rowan County.
