This scholarship is for current college students who live in Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be at least college sophomores who have a 3.0 GPA and are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a human services field. Applicants may be enrolled in school part- or full-time. Selection will be based on financial need, community service and/or work experience, recommendations, and an essay.
