Applicants must be seniors attending high schools located in the City of Charlottesville, or the counties of Floyd, Patrick, Albemarle, and Greene counties in Virginia. Applicants should demonstrate financial need and plan to attend full-time an accredited public or private, two-year or four-year college, university, or technical college located in the United States.
