Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a GPA of 3.0 of greater. To be eligible, applicants must be: a US citizen or legal permanent resident; a graduating senior from Marina High School, Monterey High School, or Seaside High School; or a student at Monterey Peninsula College who will transfer to a four-year college or university in the following academic year. Applicants must enroll in a four-year college or university to receive the award. Scholarships may be renewable in subsequent years.
