Applicants for this scholarship must have a GPA of 3.2 or better (unweighted) and be accepted to at least one accredited junior college, college, or university. Applicants must be a graduating senior of any Lee County high school, including homeschooled graduating seniors, who demonstrate active involvement in the school and community. They must also be a Cape Coral resident and U.S. citizen. No immediate family may be a member of Rotary.
