This scholarship is available to students who are residents of Epworth Children’s Home, Thornwell Home for Children or students who’ve been in custody of the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice. Qualified applicants must be one of the following: a senior in high school, a high school graduate planning to enter college in the fall or a student currently attending a college, university, or technical school.
