Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation

This scholarship is for high school seniors graduating from schools, including home schools, in Duluth, Minnesota. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be in the top 10% of the class and seek admission to a fully accredited, degree-granting, four-year college or university. Scholarships will be awarded based on academic record, character, and involvement in community and school activities.
