This scholarship provides college financial assistance to 1st year college students who are currently enrolled at California Polytechnic University- Pomona, California Polytechnic University-San Luis Obispo, California State University- Long Beach, California Baptist University, and who are pursuing a college education in engineering, particularly in the area of construction or civil engineering.
