Applicant must be a graduating senior of Rittman High School or Chippewa High School, located in Wayne County, Ohio. Applicant must have financial need and a minimum 2.50 GPA and is enrolling in an accredited two year or four-year college or university on a full-time basis. This is a four year scholarship so long as the student maintains a 2.80 cumulative GPA in college and attends full-time.
