Richard and Mildred Harrison Scholarship
Tipton County Foundation
This scholarship was established by Richard and Mildred Harrison’s family in order to honor their memory. The Harrison’s believed strongly in the importance of college education. The intent of the scholarship is to help reduce the loan burden of a Tipton High School graduate. Applicants must have a GPA of at least 2.5 and official college debt. Must be a current college student.
