Must be a child of an American service man or woman who has been killed in action, lost limbs, or suffered a serious traumatic injury. Enroll full-time at an accredited two- or four-year institution or vocational/technical school in the U.S. for the entire upcoming academic year with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
