Rene Campbell Memorial Scholarship

American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) Foundation, Inc.

Applicant must be a permanent resident of North Carolina who is a student entering their junior or senior year of undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States or Canada. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale and be enrolled in a tourism-specific program or area of focus, or a hospitality program with a focus on travel and tourism. Application, scanned copy of driver's license, resume, two letters of recommendation (academic and professional), transcript, and a scanned two-page original essay which answers the following question: "What contributions do you feel you might make in pursuing a career in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry? How can your related work and internship experiences in the industry so far be useful?" are required to be submitted.
