Applicants must:

• Academic Performance—submit most recent transcript, signed by your chapter advisor.
• Leadership and Service on the campus and in the community—submit a current copy of your resume with leadership, service, and honors/awards listed (on campus and in the community).
• Personal statement of educational perspective, purpose, and objectives, approximately 5-7 pages.
• Evaluation reports from three individuals who are in a position to attest to your performance, citizenship, and character.
