Perry S. and Stella H. Tracy Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for high school seniors who live in El Dorado County, California. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have lived in El Dorado County and have attended an El Dorado high school for at least two years at the time of graduation. Applicants must exhibit outstanding character, citizenship, and academic achievement. They must also demonstrate financial need. Special consideration will be given to students with a 3.0 GPA or higher. A signed W8 or W9 form is required in order for the application to be considered complete.
