People's Savings Bank: Elma-Area Scholarship

Greater Buchanan County Community Foundation

One-year scholarships will be made annually to students graduating from Crestwood High School, Charles City High School, New Hampton High School, Osage High School or Riceville High School and who consider Elma or Alta Vista, Iowa, to be considered their home town. Students must be planning on attending an accredited university, junior college, or trade school within the state of Iowa. Involvement in extra-curricular activities, community service work, and most importantly the student’s financial need will be considered.
