Applicants must be a graduate of Fountain Central High School and must be accepted as a full-time student at an accredited four-year public or private college or university. The scholarship is for those pursing an Ag related degree or a pre-med degree. If for a medical degree the student must have plans to return to Fountain County and practice medicine for a minimum of five years. Preference is given to those living in Jackson or Mill Creek townships.
