Ovid-Elsie Glenn and Cleo Williams Scholarship Fund was established by Elsie residents Glenn and Cleo Williams to provide college scholarships for Ovid-Elsie High School graduating seniors.
Scholarship recipients are chosen by an Ovid-Elsie Scholarship Advisory Committee.
