For a graduating senior of Mount Morris Central School District who has demonstrated interest in initially attending a two-year community college (including circumstances where the student intends to transfer at the end of two years to a four-year school to complete his/her education), sound academic credentials, but preferably a student who has not received other significant recognition for academic performance (e.g., the valedictorian or salutatorian);
Good character, including a good sense of humor, perseverance, and the demonstrated willingness to make use of the school’s resources to develop his/her abilities, character, and educational/professional interests; and financial need.
