This scholarship is for high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be US citizens or legal permanent residents, and must be attending a school within the United States or operated overseas by the US government. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay on a given topic.
