The NCA is excited to present a wonderful opportunity for a costume design scholarship. We will be holding our Student Creative Event that is open to all costume and fashion design students. The competition will conclude with a runway show and a project presentation at the conference site in Kansas City. One scholarship will be given to the winner. Student memberships to the National Costumers Association will be given to all finalists.
