This scholarship is for a graduating high school senior who lives in or attends school in Greater Hartford entering a four-year college or university (full-time enrollment). Applicants must demonstrate financial need, be in the top third of their class with good academic record and be an active volunteer in school, community, or other extracurricular activities.
