This scholarship is for residents of Johnson County, Indiana, who are currently working in the long-term healthcare field and wish to pursue a LPN or CNA designation. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be at least 25 years of age at the time of application and demonstrate a commitment to long-term healthcare. Special consideration will be given those seeking advanced education or certification to serve as a licensed practical nurse, certified nursing assistant, qualified medical assistant, or similar designation.
