Senior at a Custer County high school. Applicant must rank in the top one-third of class and be an active participant in extracurricular activities. Applicants must submit a separate essay describing how the student hopes to impact the future in the chosen field, a letter of recommendation from professional in chosen field of study, and study education, medicine/nursing or agriculture.
