Melissa D. Bisaccia Memorial Scholarship
Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley
Established by the family of Melissa Bisaccia to honor her memory this scholarship is available to seniors graduating from Roy C. Ketcham High School. This scholarship was created to help students who have faced and overcome obtacles and challenges that could have prevented them from achieving their goal of pursuing a college education.
