Any high school senior or current college student who will be enrolling fulltime in an academic institution for the academic year beginning in the semester following the date of application is eligible to apply. The student’s academic field must be related to the building, construction or PRECAST concrete industry (can include safety, accounting, IT, etc.) The applicant must be a California resident.
