The scholarship is for the benefit of graduating high school seniors from Beaver and Texas Counties in Oklahoma, and Hansford and Ochiltree Counties in Texas. Applicants must exhibit character and leadership and maintain a 2.5 or better cumulative GPA while in college to renew.
