This scholarship is for students planning to or already currently pursuing a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution. Applicants must be current high school seniors attending school in the U.S. OR current college students already studying at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution. Students must write an essay about the Dream they saw while asleep and want to make happen.
