Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited high school in Fountain, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Warren or Vermillion counties in Indiana and Vermilion county Illinois. Applicants must be pursuing a two or four-year degree at an accredited college or university. Applicants must be a dependent of a person currently serving active duty or has been honorably discharged from any branch of the United States military (including National Guard).
