Margery W. Bain-Franklin Scholarship
Polk County Community Foundation
Awarded to a graduating high school senior who will pursuing a degree in voice or piano at the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem. Students must have graduated from a private or public secondary school and be no more than 20 years old. Resident of the Town of Tryon are preferred, but other students in Polk County and Landrum are encourage to apply. This award is renewable for the second and fourth years of study at NCSA provided the student is making satisfactory progress.
