Delaware Community Foundation

Applicant must be a resident of Delaware, preferably Sussex County. (Other counties will be considered if no Sussex County applicants exist) Applicant must be accepted at an accredited college or university preferably in Delaware to initiate a course of study in Elementary or Secondary Education. (Other colleges or universities outside Delaware will be considered if no Delaware institutions are proclaimed.)
