MAPA Safety Foundation Scholarship

Mooney Safety Foundation

Each year the Safety Foundation awards an annual scholarship to promote general aviation safety to a student who is enrolled in a qualifying course of study. Types of qualifying courses of study include flight training, aircraft maintenance, engineering, and airport management systems. Applicant must be sponsored by a MAPA member and have a minimum 3.0 GPA (if applicant does not know a MAPA member, the organization will find one to sponsor them). Essay, transcripts, and two letters of recommendation required.
