Lubchansky Scholarship

Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut

This scholarship is for students from New London, Connecticut. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must pursue studies in civics or government in a four-year degree program. Applicants must be in the top 25% of their class, demonstrate excellence in civics and government, and have significant documented financial need.
