The Colvin Scholarship was established in 1999 in honor of Louis M. "Mick" Colvin. Mick Colvin was the first executive director of the Certified Angus Beef® (CAB) Program and was instrumental in the success of the program. A scholarship will be awarded to the top applicant based on activities and scholastic achievement, communication skills-essay and verbal, and reference letters.
