Los Angeles Fire Department Scholarship Fund

Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD)

This scholarship is for high school seniors and college freshmen who are dependent children or step-children of active or fallen LAFD sworn employees who have completed probation. To qualify, applicants must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university in the upcoming academic year. Scholarships are awarded based on merit, but the scholarship committee also considers other relevant criteria, including personal character and extracurricular accomplishments.
