This scholarship is for students 25 years of age or older who are pursuing an undergraduate degree at a degree-conferring institution in Rhode Island. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need and must be attending a non-parochial institution. Preference will be given to first-time applicants.
