Applicants must be a graduating high school senior, a high school graduate, or current college student from a high school in the City of Martinsville, or the counties of Franklin or Henry. Applicants must demonstrate the capacity to satisfactorily complete college-level studies as evidenced by high school and/or college transcripts. Financial need is not a requirement but will be considered.
