Eleanor Webster provided in her will for a private foundation to be established upon her death. The income from the trust is used to pay educational expenses “of deserving young men and women who are pursuing studies in colleges or universities in the state of Ohio.” The Webster Foundation became part of Stark Community Foundation in 1989. Three advisors recommend scholarship recipients.
