This scholarship is for current college students who are residents of Fayette County, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing study abroad at a country within the European Union. They must also have a 3.0 GPA, have completed 36 credit hours of course work, and be majoring in foreign language, arts and crafts, architecture, or history.
