For applicants pursuing a health care career; given in honor of former District Memorial Hospital Administrator Leah Hillesheim. Applicant must be a high school graduate. One scholarship is designated for a Forest Lake High School student. Applicants are judged on whether or not they are attending/planning to attend accredited school; possess good character; dependability and academic achievement.
