Applicants must be a Larned High School graduating senior majoring in nursing or business. Applicants must be attending Fort Hays State University or Barton Community College with a clear indication of going to FHSU to complete a bachelor's degree. Applicants must be currently enrolled and an active member in 4-H for a minimum of four years in Pawnee County at the time of applicant. Preference will be given to students who have completed 12 or more college credit hours during high school.
