Community Foundation of Howard County
This scholarship fund was established by Robert Knolinski to provide scholarships for qualified students graduating from any Howard County high school who are accepted into a program leading to a bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, science, and/or engineering at any post-secondary institution.
