Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board

This fellowship is for Texas residents who are enrolled as graduate students in public affairs, public service, or public administration. To qualify, applicants must intend to work in Texas after completing their graduate studies, register for the Selective Service or be exempt from this requirement, and demonstrate financial need. Only in-state, public or private, non-profit colleges or universities may participate in the program.
