Applicants must be a graduating senior, or have graduated from, a high school in Henry County or the City of Martinsville who is enrolled or plans to enroll at an accredited two- or four-year college or university.Applicant should demonstrate a strong commitment to the Martinsville Henry County community through volunteerism, leadership opportunities, and a desire to “improve local lives.” Preference will be given to those who plan to attend, or are currently attending, Virginia Tech and applicants who were, or are involved in the CHILL youth task force. If selected as a finalist, attend personal interviews with Scholarship Committee.
