The Kellam, Weaver-Fagan & Hastee Educational Scholarships, formed pursuant to order of the Circuit Court for the City of Hampton, Chancery No. 31689, have been providing financial assistance to Hampton public school students who attend a Virginia four-year college, university, or nearby community college since 1993. This trust is intended to provide educational assistance to students who have demonstrated their willingness and ability to maintain a high level of academic achievement, while giving of themselves to better their school, neighborhood, place of worship, family, and/or the City of Hampton.
