This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors from Hawaii who have a minimum GPA between 2.5 and 3.0 and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must enroll in a degree-seeking program at a two- or four-year college institution; demonstrate a commitment to contribute to the greater community; and an interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history.
